Operations Assistant

We're on the lookout for a versatile Operations Assistant who is passionate about providing exceptional service. This role is fully remote, but priority will be given to local candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and send estimates and follow up on pending estimates.
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
Manage payments to vendors as required.
Oversee our Facebook account, including responding to comments and messages.
Keep our customer tracker up-to-date for optimal customer service.
Respond to customer emails with professionalism and promptness.
Handle invoicing, collect payments, and issue receipts.
Schedule projects and estimate appointments efficiently.
Create and dispatch marketing emails to our client base.
Complete weekly payroll duties.
Develop and post engaging content on our social media platforms.
Manage and run Facebook ad campaigns.
Collaborate with our bookkeeper for efficient account management.
Help organize special events and charitable contributions, such as our annual Community Clean-Up for Earth Day.
Prepare for annual insurance audits for Worker's Compensation and Liability Insurance.
Issue certificates of insurance to customers before project initiation.
Maintain and optimize our Google Ads account.
Write and submit business proposals.

Required Qualifications:
Close attention to detail & strong grammatical skills.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficient in using social media platforms.
Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Willingness to learn new skills.
Desired Qualifications:
Proven experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required.
Experience with QuickBooks.
Customer service experience.
Schedule, Hours & Pay:
10-20 hours per week
Flexible schedule
$15.00-$18.00 per hour, depending on experience
Fully remote
